Please give 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Late cancellations / no-shows will be charged at full price unless I can fill the slot.
• Package bookings & vouchers are valid for 3 months. No refunds after this time.
• Please arrive promptly — late arrivals may have their treatment time shortene
